VOXCORE© is the Research and Development branch of NewTech group. The aim was to develop a new chip (VOXCORE©), that is associated to a software layer (VOXSOFT©) which enables everybody to create a Digital Vocal Board.

This chip include DSP functionalities, PCI Bridge, DTMF detector, Voice Codecs, and a lot of functionalities (tools to flash the firmware, ...).

This way of thinking is similar to the windows and the linux modem, where most parts of hardware are replaced by software layers.
